Mark Rudderham, N.M.D. earned his Bachelor of Science from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia and his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona. Starting practice at age 23, he was one of the youngest practicing Naturopathic Physicians in recent history. He practiced in Connecticut for seven years before returning to the Valley in 2004. He provides the full services of a family practitioner with particular areas of interest in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. As a former collegiate swimmer these areas of focus have been a natural fit. His approach with clients is to assess where they are and work in the direction of optimizing wellness. This approach works well with everything from advanced chronic disease to acute care. He is an animated lecturer on these topics and enjoys the opportunity to do presentations. He has lectured at various locations around the country. Dr. Rudderham believes in order to be a skilled teacher one must first be a skilled observer. His best assets are that he listens and he cares. | |
